A Kit purchase grants you a single-user license to use the Kit for your own warranty claims. You may print Kit pages for use at a counter or in a complaint file. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish Kit content, in whole or substantial part.
Use the Site and Kit lawfully and honestly: present true facts in any claim or complaint. The scripts and templates are written for truthful claims under real warranties; using them to misrepresent a purchase, a failure, or a document is outside this license.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the Site or Kit is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for a store's or chain's claim decision, or for outcomes of complaints filed with any body.
